The CEO of High Sky Billing which is a billing and financial auditing services company, leads with expertise in revenue cycle management, auditing, and processes improvement.

With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Hassan II in Morocco, earned in 2005 and Associate degree in Health Information Management from Heald College in San Francisco CA earned in 2015, Milouda has built a successful business focusing on medical and other billing services including clients billing, insurances billing and patients billing, distributed nationally.

Actively involved in the community, she serves as Assistant Treasurer for the Moroccan American Association of Columbus. Milouda's career accomplishments include achieving a 4.0 GPA which qualified her for California State Scholarship, tripled the revenue for one of her former employer within a year, hitting the goal of accounts receivables within three months of her employment at one of her past positions and creating an established revenue cycle department from scratch within a few months for a startup company.

Outside of work, she is passionate about empowering women's groups and new immigrants to contribute to their success and the success of this country and is involved with COHATCH.
Milouda finds strength and support in her family, including her husband, John Brown, and their two children.

Looking ahead, she aims to grow her business, continue learning, and enhance her executive skills. Milouda's philosophy centers on the importance of family support, inner drive, and a commitment to excellence as keys to success.
